UPlanIt is the property software for your school!

UPlanIt is a web-based system that takes the guesswork out of school property maintenance planning.

UPlanIt was designed with the following in mind:

• All schools are required by the Ministry of Education to produce a five or ten year property plan, and must review it regularly.
• This is a task often contracted out to expensive consultants.
• The results are not always reliable and may be difficult to interpret.
• A typical 10 year property plan usually needs some building expertise to compile and interpret accurately.
• A typical 10 year property plan is often not very useful to the school as a working document.
• Schools need a cost-effective way to satisfy government requirements while retaining control of the process and having a useful document.
